团聚 student workers are a vital part of making Commencement and 团聚 weekends successful. The work can be demanding, but it is also meaningful and fun. 在你的空闲时间, we encourage you to take advantage of the variety of activities available, but please remember that work commitments are your first priority. Compensation is for hours worked and includes meals and housing.
Each applicant will be notified of the association’s decision by email in 3月初. The application process is competitive and previous experience in similar positions is always helpful. Graduating seniors are not eligible to apply.

- Able to remain on campus until approximately the end of the second 团聚 weekend
- Able to work full-time (at least 35 hours per week)
- Free of all other commitments during this time
- Able to attend 团聚 training in April, on a weekday evening TBD.
- Have a W-4 and I-9 form on file with Payroll or Student Financial 服务

工作描述
注意: If you miss two consecutive scheduled work shifts, you will lose your job and your on-campus housing.
You may wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty, e.g. jeans, sweatpants/shirts, shorts, t-shirts, closed-toe shoes.
职责包括, 但不限于, cleaning furniture and floors; vacuuming; cleaning bathrooms and equipment; dusting; changing linens/making beds; 等. 注意: Quality cleaning is detailed work and you will be held to strict standards.
The hours for housekeeping include an unpaid hour break for lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks during the day scheduled by your work coordinator. Each work coordinator will turn in a daily attendance sheet, which will include the actual hours worked during that day.

为了这次工作的转变, you will come to the Alumnae House and go wherever another 团聚 student worker is needed. You will need to be flexible and prepared to do a variety of jobs. If more alumnae show up for a meal than are expected, or another 团聚 student worker calls out, or the registration tent is swamped, you will be asked to report wherever you are needed and 挽救局面! And just like a true superhero, you will need to bring clothes that will work in lots of places. Got your white top and black skirt or pants? 你的鞋子是贴身的吗? Do you look professional and awesome? (Bring or wear appropriate clothes in case you are needed for a 餐饮服务 shift).
注意: You will be required to sign in at your designated location as “On Call”.

Assists the Office of 女校友关系 with alumnae check-in.

Distributes parade ribbons to alumnae at the Alumnae Parade line up. (团聚 shirt and casual pants/shorts).

Takes inventory of all ribbons on hand following 团聚 II parade. Packages and stores unused ribbons in the Alumnae House.

Assists with preparing the brass standards for the parade.

Assists with many of the evening events at the Conference Center. Must be outgoing and willing to interact with faculty and event guests. 团聚 student workers will be greeting guests, helping supervise and set up 团聚 dinners, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Graduation Chair Wiper/Chair Removal
Set up and/or remove chairs for Commencement.
外联助理
Assists the Office of 女校友关系 with ribbons for both parades.

Assists with parades and other tasks as assigned.
剧院带来
Greets guests and assists with coats, wraps, bags and umbrellas, if necessary. Directs alumnae and guests to appropriate seating and locations.
阅兵助理旗手*
Assists assigned class during both 团聚 weekends. Additional job and shift information will be provided during mandatory parade training.
Parade Assistant 1776 Brass Standards*
The 1776ers are non-团聚 year attendees who choose to march as the last group. Additional job and shift information will be provided during mandatory parade training.
游行助理*
Helps with the Alumnae Parade by carrying signs, 推着轮椅, 协助特定班级, 座位女校友, 分发节目, 等. You must wear all white with black shoes. You should wear either a top and pants/skirt or a dress. 没有短裤. 如果你有游行轮班， you must attend the mandatory training each week.
